About the course

This SHIVA arrangement was created to make it possible to enjoy Vivaldi’s Violin Concerto in A Minor together even when there is no pianist available. Play it with your teacher, your student, or a friend. While Violin 1 takes the solo part, Violin 2 brings the accompaniment and harmony to life, allowing you to experience this masterpiece as music made together rather than practicing the solo part alone. Designed for intermediate to advanced violinists, the arrangement can also be explored by motivated beginners who are ready for a challenge. Playing together develops one of the most important musical skills: listening. You learn to respond to another player, feel the harmony, breathe together and shape the music as a team important elements of chamber music.
