About this course
Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 5 in A Major, K. 219, is one of the most important works in the violin repertoire. Through our SHIVA Performance Editions, we share our approach to this concerto, including carefully selected fingerings, bowings and musical markings to help you understand both its technical and musical challenges. Alongside the sheet music, you will find performance examples and practice tips where we demonstrate how we approach different passages, work on technical difficulties and develop musical interpretation. We will continue adding more movements, performance videos and learning materials to this course over time.
